We are looking for a proactive assistant to support a leading fashion influencer in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, coordinating brand collaborations, and providing technical assistance. Your role will involve crafting posts, scheduling content, engaging with followers, and ensuring a cohesive brand presence across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Content Management: Develop and schedule engaging posts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and Facebook. Repurpose content to maximize reach and engagement. Assist with email marketing campaigns via Flodesk and manage subscriber lists. Adapt email content for blog posts on WordPress /substack/ Beehiv. Perform basic graphic design and video editing tasks. Brand Management: Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Organize content for collaborations and partnerships. Ensure timely delivery of brand commitments. Technical Support: Organize digital assets in TagBox and Google photos/google Drive. Manage calendars and schedules. Set up and maintain various software tools for content creation and management. Analytics and Reporting: Generate reports to assess post performance and audience engagement. Conduct keyword research to inform content strategy. Track affiliate sales and click engagement. Provide insights on high-performing content and areas for improvement. Required Skills and Experience: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Experience working with a Fashion Influencer/Content Creator Strong understanding of fashion trends and the digital landscape. Experience managing social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest. Proficiency in content creation tools: Canva, CapCut. Experience with email marketing platforms, particularly Flodesk. Familiarity with WordPress and Elementor. Knowledge of Google Drive and file organization systems. Experience with ManyChat or similar chatbot platforms. Ability to learn new platforms, such as Beehiv for blog creation and posting. Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research. Excellent organizational and time management skills. High level of initiative and self-motivation. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Skills (Not Required): Experience with Facebook Business Manager. Familiarity with Zapier and Notion. Skill in creating AI automations. Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., RewardStyle/LTK, Amazon Associates). Copywriting experience. Experience with analytics and reporting tools. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for fashion and technical proficiency.
