Squarespace Website Design + Build for Modern Real Estate Development Firm We are a young, design-forward real estate development firm looking for a website refresh and light brand refresh. Our goal is a clean, modern, visually striking, and fully functioning website, built on Squarespace for simplicity in hosting, domain management, and ongoing edits. Inspiration: We love the look and feel of Varsity Oregon. Our site will have simpler navigation and smaller image sizes, but we love the large drone-shot hero image for the homepage. We also like Hiatus Homes — especially their "Featured In" section showcasing press. Scope of Work: Squarespace website design and development (both design + build required). Home Page: Large hero image (ideally drone video or photo), clean simple navigation. Projects Page: Drop-down menu leading to individual 1-pagers for each project. About Page: Overview of company, team, and philosophy. Learn Page: Will house original writing like "The Hidden Risks of MHLD Projects in West Bend", to share with local publications. Contact Page: Simple contact form + email link. Featured In Section: Showcasing media coverage or press mentions. Ideal Candidate: Squarespace expert with strong design and creative skills. Experience building real estate, architecture, or design-focused websites. Strong eye for modern, clean, minimalist design. Ability to guide best practices for layout, structure, UX, and SEO basics. Bonus: Light brand refresh skills (suggesting fonts, colors if needed). Technical Requirements: Built fully in Squarespace — no WordPress, Webflow, or custom CMS.
