Graphic Designer needed to create custom proposal template

Hello, I need to create proposal templates by 3:30pm today. The files need to be created in InDesign, they must have a color palette, the basic red of the company is RGB 158R, 11G 15B, . I have attached samples of what they are looking for. a mix of shapes and tones, but since the content is text heavy need to have room on the page to enter text. I have also provided images to use on the page. please use PDF as samples of what i am looking for. Need to create it on ID Need to have a section for Table of Contents Qualifications List of who the staff is Section to attach proposed staff resumes (can be up to 5-10 resumes) Page for cost proposal Page for projects examples Page to enter an organizational chart Company logo on all pages prefarable on the bottom of the page Each page needs to be numbered Template should be used friendly The use of color treatments per page but not too many colors Need to have a color palette for each project use as much of the company pictures as possible Feel free to create each page on same file Do a separate/diferent style per page for each section Incorporate columns per page as much as possible Please send me the origian ID file I have attached the file that I created and a sample of the template they would like to mirror.
