I’m launching a brand called Rebelry, rooted in empowerment, identity, and unapologetic truth. We’re starting with graphic tees, children’s books, and digital resources for parents raising confident, curious kids. Think: soul meets style. I’m looking for a designer to help shape our visual identity, including: • Logo design (modern, clean, impactful) • Color palette + typography direction • Brand guide for future use • (Optional: Social media templates + merch mockups) Tone & Style: • Minimalist, modern, and bold • Empowering, not aggressive • Stylish, soulful, and smart • A brand that feels like home for rebels of all ages Ideal designer: You love mission-driven projects, bring creative strategy to the table, and can turn emotion into clean, compelling design. Our first project once the brand is launched is a children’s book (M is for MKE) rooted in Milwaukee culture, Black joy, and unapologetic self-expression. As a fellow creative, I value and respect the time, skill, and intention behind design work. I’m currently funding this passion project myself while applying for grants and launching a small crowdfunding campaign. That means my budget is limited right now—but I’m committed to fair collaboration and long-term investment in the creatives who help build this. Here’s what I’m looking for: • A creative partner to design The Rebelry’s logo + foundational visual identity • Someone open to working at a discounted or flexible rate for now (with potential for ongoing paid work) • Ideally, someone interested in helping design 1–2 graphic tee concepts as well • I’m also open to offering a small percentage of future product sales as a thank-you or bonus (especially for apparel) • Someone who connects with the brand’s energy and vision—this is for the bold, the misfits, the ones who never fit the mold I’ll be honest and transparent throughout this process—I want this to be a good fit for both of us.
