Position Overview: We’re seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven PPC Manager to oversee our Google Ads account focusing on low to mid-budget campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who can operate independently and deliver tangible, trackable results with just 5–7 hours per week. Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping if applicable) Perform keyword research and competitor analysis Write and test ad copy for improved engagement and conversion Adjust bids, audiences, and budget allocations to improve efficiency Implement and maintain conversion tracking Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align ads with promotions and content Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance Key Performance Metrics: You will be expected to track and report on the following metrics to demonstrate campaign success: Conversions and Conversion Rate (CVR) Cost per Acquisition (CPA) Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) Click-Through Rate (CTR) Impression Share Cost per Click (CPC) Revenue from Paid Ads Attribution performance (first click, assisted conversions, last click) Qualifications: 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns Skilled in basic technical SEO Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present performance insights and recommendations Strong understanding of paid search strategy and Google Ads tools Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and conversion tracking Excellent analytical and reporting skills Ability to translate data into actionable improvements Experience in eCommerce or B2C preferred Experience with Meta Ads or other paid media platforms is a plus, though not required Ideal For: A freelance or part-time PPC professional looking to make a measurable impact for a growing eCommerce business.
