ATS friendly resume update and LinkedIn Profile update

I am looking to update my resume and make it ATS friendly. I am also interested in updating my LinkedIn profile. I had to leave my last employer due to terrible behavior on their part. It was very upsetting and I am having trouble trying to update my resume with this job. I can’t seem to make any progress as I experience major writer's block and get filled with negative emotions when thinking about my previous employer. I‘ve found in social settings I’ve been able to talk about my former job so I’m hoping to do a zoom call with a professional resume writer that can ask what I did and achieved. Then write about this job for my resume and LinkedIn profile for me since after months of trying, I can not. Please let me know about your process and estimated timeline you think take to complete this task. I have no timeline as I have not used this platform or hired this type of work before. I plan on inviting multiple freelancers and hiring the best fit.
