We are seeking an experienced email designer with a proven track record of designing visually-stunning, conversion-focused email designs for eCommerce brands. The ideal candidate is someone who has: - Proven experience designing email marketing campaigns for e-com brands - A strong grasp of conversion-focused design principles - Proficiency in Figma & Klaviyo - An understanding of e-com marketing strategies - Is a creative and critical thinker - Great time management & ability to meet tight deadlines Responsibilities will include: - Design visually-stunning emails that drive action (Figma & Klaviyo) - Setup email campaigns & templates in Klaviyo - Ensure consistency with brand guidelines & best practices - Create & maintain organized design systems - Contribute to creative direction & concept development - Work closely with copywriters and developers to ensure the final product meets design specifications.
