Campaign-Specific Template: Design a flexible email template for campaign-specific communications, allowing easy branding updates (e.g., colors, logos, fonts) to support various team needs, including non-branded or partner-branded campaigns. Ensure compatibility with Outlook 365 and consistent rendering across devices and email clients. Include modular sections for: ○ Campaign-specific messaging. ○ Call-to-action buttons or links. ○ Customizable text, images, and branding elements. Make the template intuitive for non-technical users to modify branding and content. General: Provide clear documentation or a brief guide for both templates, explaining how to edit and send them in Outlook 365. Test templates for responsiveness and compatibility across major email clients. Requirements: Proven experience in designing and developing email templates, especially for Outlook 365. Expertise in HTML/CSS for email, ensuring cross-client compatibility and responsiveness. Ability to work with provided brand assets (logo, color palette, fonts) and create templates with customizable branding. Experience creating modular, reusable templates for non-technical users. Portfolio showcasing email newsletter or template projects, ideally with examples of flexible branding. Deliverables: A branded monthly newsletter template compatible with Outlook 365.
