CRM Integration & Sales Outreach Expert (Zoho, Sales Navigator, Gmail, PhantomBuster, Octopus) Overview: We’re seeking a highly skilled CRM integration and sales outreach expert to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating and automating outbound workflows across Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gmail, PhantomBuster, and Octopus CRM. This role is essential in helping us target, engage, and track interactions with health plan executives, especially those involved in Medicare Advantage, CSNP, and PACE programs. Key Responsibilities: CRM Integration: Optimize and manage integrations between Zoho CRM, Gmail, PhantomBuster, Octopus CRM, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to create a seamless outbound sales ecosystem. Sales Workflow Automation: Build end-to-end automated outreach campaigns that personalize and sequence messages across platforms while syncing activities and responses back to Zoho CRM. Email Enrichment & Personalization: Curate and enrich executive-level email lists (VPs, Directors, and C-Suite at health plans) with verified contact details and tailored outreach content. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Set up dashboards and tagging in Zoho to monitor key performance metrics (open rate, response rate, booked meetings, etc.). Lead Segmentation & Scoring: Implement custom lead scoring models based on behavior, title, and engagement level. Compliance & Deliverability: Ensure deliverability best practices (domain health, spam compliance) are followed, especially within the healthcare industry context. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in Zoho CRM automation and integration. Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, PhantomBuster, and Octopus CRM. Expertise in B2B sales outreach campaigns—bonus points for experience targeting healthcare executives. Familiarity with Gmail API and mail merge personalization tools. Understanding of data privacy and email deliverability compliance standards. Strong written communication and attention to detail for content personalization. Ability to create SOPs, templates, and clear documentation for processes. Deliverables (First Week): Set up outbound sales funnel integrated with Zoho CRM and outreach tools. Launch at least one enriched and tracked email/LinkedIn campaign targeting health plan executives. Provide weekly reports on campaign metrics and optimization opportunities. Recommend improvements for lead scoring, workflow design, and message sequencing. Commitment: 40 hours/week initially, with potential for ongoing engagement based on performance. Must be responsive and available for brief syncs during U.S. business hours.
