I run two small but growing businesses — a financial planning practice and a CFP®/CPA test prep company. I’m looking for a proactive Executive Virtual Assistant who can: Manage leads Follow up on sales inquiries Keep my CRM organized and updated Support email and content marketing campaigns Handle light admin tasks This is not just a task-based role — I need someone who can think strategically, follow up without being asked, and keep sales conversations moving forward. Experience with tools like Salesforce (or other CRMs), Mailchimp, Stripe, and Google Workspace is preferred. What You’ll Do: Follow up with inbound leads through CRM Track tutors' hours and payouts bi-weekly Track prospect status and add CRM notes Reactivate cold leads Lead email campaigns (Mailchimp or CRM tool) Edit and send course prep materials, and handle client/student onboarding 3X a year, needed from 4:30-5:30PM CST to oversee student entry into Zoom course. This occurs in March, June and October/early November. Oversee onboarding of new tutors Oversee launch of new products e.g. test bank, new courses, etc. Requirements: Fluent English & great writing skills Sales awareness (you don’t have to close deals, but know how to move things along) Organized and detail-oriented Able to work independently with minimal oversight Details: 10–15 hours/week to start Flexible hours, but check CRM once in the morning and once in the afternoon, U.S.-preferred Long-term potential To Apply: Please send a short note explaining your experience with: CRM and lead follow-up Sales or marketing support Any tools like Mailchimp, Stripe, or Salesforce you've used
