This is an intermediate-level role for someone who has directly managed at least $1M+ in paid media spend, and has a strong understanding of how to scale campaigns across different objectives — from eCommerce performance to Lead Gen funnels and Brand Awareness initiatives. Strategy & Campaign Execution: -- Build, structure, and manage paid media campaigns for clients in eCommerce, Lead Generation, and Branding. -- Lead weekly client meetings to present performance results, strategic insights, and next steps. -- Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable paid media plans. -- Work with internal teams and external creators to source, brief, and manage creative assets aligned with campaign goals. -- Analyze performance by creative angle, hook, format, and audience to guide ongoing production. -- Continuously optimize campaigns for KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and CPM. -- Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, and attribution platforms
