Website scraping, uploading to Live Auctioneers and running the site quarterly.

We are the second highest art dealers on 1stDibs.com. We are currently expanding and as of right now, it’s to Live Auctioneers. Your tasks would include scraping our entire at the site which includes around 6000 products with images. This will need to be organized per Live Auctioneers guidlines. They do provide a handbook and example excel sheet. Not only would we like the scraping done, we would like you to run our account with Live Auctioneers possibly quartly. Once you have the spreadsheets and images done, it’s pretty easy from there. LA only allows 1250 items per spreadsheet and our inventory keeps on growing. As of right now, it is about 6000, that is five spreadsheets. Ideally, we would like you to scramble up the first one or two auctions so it’s not the same auctions appearing each week. This may be a little easier for me to explain over Zoom or Google meet so if you’re interested. I would prefer the app. This job does not require a team. It is a one person job that is good with scraping and Excel. Once you understand what you’re doing it’s very easy as long as you keep your files in order.. We are seeking to employee someone as soon as possible. We would like these auctions up and running within the next week or so, if not sooner. If you’re good at what you do, you will have this done very quickly. I didn’t check off an hourly or flat rate basis because I wanted to speak with you personally about it. I would rather not hire someone that’s just going to scrape and organize my data and be done. I am looking for somebody to work for us. Thank you for hearing me out. I’m also going to attach a previous file that I used, but I don’t want you to focus on the information that’s in it. I just want you to focus on the top row. The top row is the information that we need during the scraping. Some of it is irrelevant, though again, this is easier to zoom and explain that it is to text.
