We are seeking hard-working, empathetic, dedicated individuals looking for a great opportunity. What you'll do... Help answer 80-100 inbound and outbound calls per day Client intake, emailed leads and other services. Completing retainers with callers for consumers. Multitask in a fast-paced environment. Work closely with management to ensure high-quality output. Adding new call entries and removing outdated or non-viable contacts. Scheduling follow-up calls with appropriate timing and frequency. Reviewing new database submissions for viability. Overseeing and managing email communications, including crafting responses and ensuring timely follow-up. How you'll qualify... Experience: 6 months of customer service experience Typing Speed: Ability to type 50 words per minute Tech Savvy: Strong typing skills and proficiency with internet navigation. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple communication channels with speed and precision Workspace: You’ll need a space free of distractions with internet connectivity (minimum internet speeds of 25.0 Mbps upload and 125 Mbps download).
