Real Estate BPO (BROKER PRICE OPINION) help needed. 12-36 hour turn-around needed most of the time. Each assignment is data entry mostly and takes 15-30 minutes; more the first week to get acclimated to the work. I supply the .pdf addresses for each comparable. You will go into the online form and fill in all the information provided on the .pdfs. I.E. Square footage, Acreage, Year Built, Bedrooms, Baths, etc. Comments will be added for each property. I really need someone who can perform these tasks with minimal help and attention to detail. I typically will have 10-20 orders per week with 2-5 hours a week of work. IMPORTANT - must have experience in Real Estate and/or BPO's in order to interview for this job. Please provide experience details as well as companies worked for.
