Virtual Assistant / Patient Coordinator for Private Health & Wellness Practice: Part-Time, Remote Description: I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant who can also take on Patient Coordinator responsibilities to support my newly launched private health and wellness studio. This is a remote, part-time position with long-term growth potential for the right fit. Responsibilities: Patient communication and follow-up , scheduling, reminders, friendly check-ins. Data entry and patient organization using Practice Better EMR Light admin tasks (spreadsheet management, intake form management, basic email handling) Light social media support (optional — basic posting/responding if experienced) Ideal Candidate: Highly detail-oriented, organized, and careful with patient information Professional and warm communication skills Experience with EMRs (Practice Better, Jane App) preferred, or willing to learn Familiarity with healthcare, wellness, or medical services Able to work independently with minimal supervision Bonus: Experience coordinating patients, wellness clients, or healthcare admin work Hours: Part-time: 15–20 hours per week to start, with potential to increase based on performance.
