We're looking for a HubSpot expert to audit how our sales process is currently structured in the CRM and help us build a reporting and analytics setup that gives us clean, reliable visibility into pipeline health, performance, and conversion. Our sales process is built around clear pipeline stages, lead statuses, and results-focused activity tracking. What we need now is someone to step in, review how we’ve implemented that inside HubSpot, and help us bridge any gaps, particularly around reporting, dashboards, data integrity, and deal attribution. What We’re Looking For: HubSpot CRM Audit & Gap Analysis - Review our current deal pipeline stages, properties, and entry/exit criteria. - Assess how well our lead-status process (contact-side) maps to how we’re managing deals. - Identify where workflows, data structure, or lifecycle stages aren’t aligning with actual sales behavior. Reporting & Dashboard Buildout (Primary Focus) We want to implement a dashboard system that gives leadership a clear look at the sales process. This includes: Results Reporting: - Closed revenue vs. goal - Closed deals vs. goal - Average deal size - Win rate over time Pipeline Health Reporting: - Weighted pipeline by stage - New deals created this week - Deals progressed this week - Pipeline pacing vs. quarterly goal Sales Activity Reporting: - Calls made - Meetings booked - Emails sent - Call outcomes - Rep-level performance tracking Channel Attribution Reporting: - % of revenue by source (Original Source or custom Sales Channel field) - Conversion rate per channel (deal created → Closed Won) - System Cleanup & Recommendations - Identify which properties are redundant, missing, or not being used - Recommend field standardization (especially around source, lead quality, deal attribution) - Provide workflow or automation recommendations that support tracking (e.g. copying contact data to deals) You’ll Be Working With: - HubSpot Marketing Professional and Sales Enterprise - A mapped-out sales process, lead lifecycle, and stage-by-stage criteria - Clear quarterly sales targets - Integrations with PandaDoc, Monday.com, fireflies.ai, and Open Phone
