I’m the founder of a fast-growing RCM & medical billing company that was launched just four months ago. We are currently seeking a proactive freelancer to engage in cold calling for B2B lead generation within the medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) sector. This is a commission-based, fixed-price project focused on calling 100+ medical practices from a provided list. Your role will be to connect with healthcare providers and you’ll use a script we supply to convert into highly-qualified leads, and schedule appointments that will help us close deals and grow our client base. **Job Description:** The ideal candidate will possess experience in lead generation, along with a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage potential clients are imperative for achieving success in this position. **Essential Qualifications:** - Proficiency in Cold Calling - Experience in B2B Lead Generation - Knowledge of Medical Billing Practices - Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) - Strong Communication Skills - Ability to Effectively Engage Clients Responsibilities: Make cold calls to healthcare providers using our script. Introduce and communicate the value of our billing services. Qualify leads (speak to the right decision-makers, confirm interest) - Quality over Quantity is key. Schedule appointments for our team to follow up and close the deal. Track outreach and brief call notes in your preferred tool (Google Sheets or similar). You will be responsible for logging all scheduled consultations and recovery audit agreements into a provided Google Sheet to track your performance. Requirements: Proven experience in B2B cold calling (healthcare preferred) Strong communication and objection-handling skills Fluent in English with a clear, confident speaking voice Ability to qualify leads—not just book appointments Must have your own phone, computer, internet access, and quiet workspace Comfortable using basic tools to log and track calls
