Topics will include: -Ensuring integrations stay up and running -Maintaining consistent user and contact data across programs -Creating reports with integrated data sources -General Salesforce data maintenance and reporting -Troubleshoot issues and offer strategic recommendations for better performance and automation. -Document key processes and create easy-to-follow guides as needed. Ideal Candidate: -Has proven experience with Emma, Livestorm, and Salesforce (ideally with integration experience across all three). -Communicates patiently and clearly. -Can simplify complex tasks for non-technical users.
