We have a specific problem within QBO that we need an EXPERT to resolve. Your task will be to understand the problem, and through shared-screen teach our team how to resolve it. In simple form, we have 1 entity that issued invoices to a Practice, let's say that left a balance of $500K owed, but then the originating entity (the one that sent the invoice) is closed, and the balance owed is transferred to another entity. (we own all entities within the chain). Our team needs help understanding how to transfer the balance between entities while not duplicating expenses/payments, but also then how to match payments to that balance when the originating invoice is no longer valid. We believe this should not be more than 2-hours to understand and teach. Happy to pay premium rates, but you MUST be EXCEPTIONALLY talented with QBO and multi-entities.
