Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Ads Manager to join our team for a flexible, part-time role (5 hours per week). This role will support our agency's ads management efforts by overseeing the execution, monitoring, and optimization of ad campaigns. You’ll work closely with our CEO and Ops Manager to ensure that campaigns are running smoothly and meeting client goals. We are also open to working on a project basis or consulting to help get our Meta (Facebook / Instagram Ads) up to speed. There's also an opportunity to grow into a more lead generation type of sales position if interested and as a true fit for the team. To be discussed more! Responsibilities: - Execute ad campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.) - Assist in creating and scheduling ad content, including copy and visuals - Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates - Conduct A/B testing and optimization for ads - Ensure accurate tracking of KPIs and report insights to the team - Help troubleshoot ad issues and provide timely solutions - Stay up-to-date with trends and platform updates to maintain optimal campaign performance Skills & Requirements: - Proven experience in ads management (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.) SPECIFICALLY WITH CREATIVE AGENCIES - Strong understanding of paid social and search advertising best practices - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data - Proficiency in ad management platforms and reporting tools - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently while supporting the larger team Schedule & Compensation: - Part-time, 5 hours per week - Flexible scheduling - Competitive compensation based on experience If you’re excited about supporting ads campaigns and growing within a dynamic creative agency environment, we’d love to hear from you!
