I’m a high-level Account Executive managing a fast-paced business that juggles multiple clients, our creative team, and marketing projects daily. I’m seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to help manage my inbox and client communication while I travel from May 19 to June 30—with the potential for this to evolve into a full-time, high-impact role. What You’ll Do (May 19–June 30): Monitor and manage my Outlook inbox a few hours a day Respond to client emails on my behalf (I’ll give you clear guidance + tone) Acknowledge incoming project requests and confirm receipt Flag important messages I need to personally respond to when I’m online Check project statuses with our internal team and relay updates to clients Send tracking information, status updates, and invoices as needed Ideal Candidate: Has prior experience supporting C-level or senior executives Is organized, resourceful, and a clear, confident communicator Has excellent writing skills with good email etiquette and discretion Can work independently and make smart decisions Understands project flow and client service (especially in marketing, agency, or creative environments) Why This Could Grow: Although this starts as a short-term role while I travel, I’ve been actively searching for a long-term Executive Assistant who can fully take ownership of my inbox, project flow, invoicing, and even parts of client management.
