Stride is seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Project Manager to support both client-facing and internal initiatives. In this role, you’ll serve as the central point of coordination across multiple projects, helping ensure tasks move forward smoothly and communication stays clear and timely. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a variety of internal and client-facing projects from planning through execution. Coordinate team efforts, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project lifecycles. Use Airtable to create process workflows, organize data, and generate reports and invoices. Provide basic IT troubleshooting and support for internal tools and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, technical staff, and leadership. Assist with administrative related tasks as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience in project management (formal certification is a plus but not required). Strong working knowledge of Airtable and Make. Basic IT troubleshooting experience (e.g., resolving access or connectivity issues, basic software support). Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities. Bonus: Background or experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
