Squarespace Expert Needed for Domain Redirect and Technical Troubleshooting

I am experiencing issues with setting up a 301 redirect from https://cancercrossroads.org to https://www.shannonknight.com/cancer-crossroads. Both domains are managed under shannonknight.com on Squarespace. I've tried configuring URL mappings and followed all available troubleshooting resources, but without success. P.S.
