Squarespace Expert Needed for Domain Redirect and Technical Troubleshooting

I am experiencing issues with setting up a 301 redirect from https://cancercrossroads.org to https://www.shannonknight.com/cancer-crossroads. Both domains are managed under shannonknight.com on Squarespace. I've tried configuring URL mappings and followed all available troubleshooting resources, but without success. P.S. I am not tech-savvy. I do the best I can, but I can't go beyond what I've already done. Attached are screenshots of the error messages and steps I've taken. Thank you, Shannon Knight
