Job Description: As a Sales Closer at SilkRoot.co, you’ll be responsible for managing the final step of our sales process. You will work directly with prospects who have been qualified and booked through our automated systems and appointment setters. Your primary task will be to turn these qualified leads into long-term customers by guiding them through the sales process, addressing their needs, overcoming objections, and closing the deal. This is a commission-only role, meaning you’ll earn a percentage of the revenue from the deals you close. We offer a competitive commission structure and performance bonuses to incentivize top-tier results. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Sales Calls/Meetings: Engage with pre-qualified leads through calls or video meetings to close sales. Understand Customer Needs: Tailor your pitch based on the customer’s requirements and our service offerings. Handle Objections: Address and overcome customer objections to drive the sale. Close Deals: Close sales and guide clients through the contract and payment process. CRM Management: Keep track of your leads, meetings, and closed deals using our CRM (HubSpot or similar). Report Results: Provide regular updates on your sales pipeline and performance metrics. Collaborate with the Team: Work with our appointment setters and the internal team to ensure smooth handoffs and maximum conversion. What We’re Looking For: Proven Sales Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a commission-only environment. Strong Closing Skills: You’re comfortable closing deals and overcoming objections with ease. Self-Motivation: As this is a commission-only position, we’re looking for someone who is driven, self-motivated, and thrives on meeting (and exceeding) sales targets. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and convert prospects. Experience with CRM: Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using online tools and systems for scheduling, communication, and lead tracking. Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple leads and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
