Looking for social media manager with influencer connections to develop and grow a brand from the ground up around BrightPathLoans.com. This will need to be well thought out and will need to reach affluent real estate investors that are looking for funding to purchase property for investment ONLY, not for their primary residence, but for rental property. The goal is to grow the brand AND drive conversions (form submissions and inbound-calls) through the website. Short term to medium term goal for conversion si 5 incremental qualified leads through the site (680+ credit score, 150K+ loan amount, investment property only) per day, in conjunction with developing a creative brand to reach affluent real estate investors looking to buy rental property.
