Job Description: Clearwater PACE, a leading C-PACE lender based in New York City, is seeking an experienced HubSpot CRM Consultant to enhance and optimize our CRM and marketing automation platform. We are undergoing a full website redesign and are looking to integrate a modern, highly automated lead capture and nurturing system that seamlessly connects our CRM, website, and marketing assets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with HubSpot CRM architecture, lead segmentation, progressive profiling, workflow automation, and reporting dashboards. A background in commercial real estate finance or financial services is highly preferred. This is a project-based role (with potential for ongoing advisory work) and is remote. Key Responsibilities: - Customize HubSpot CRM architecture to align with Clearwater PACE's lead management and marketing goals. - Build dynamic content personalization based on user behavior, geography, and deal size. - Develop progressive profiling forms and automate user journey workflows. - Integrate new website tools (Eligibility Checker, Savings Estimator) directly into HubSpot for seamless lead capture. - Create lead scoring models based on engagement, property type, project size, and readiness to transact. - Segment leads based on state, industry, and deal stage. - Set up automated nurture campaigns and retargeting audiences. - Build executive-level reporting dashboards for marketing and sales analytics. - Ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance for all forms and communications. - Coordinate with Clearwater's website development team to ensure smooth integration between the site and CRM. Skills and Experience Required: - 3+ years experience customizing and automating HubSpot CRM (Marketing and Sales Hubs). - Strong knowledge of workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting in HubSpot. - Experience integrating website tools or calculators into HubSpot (API experience a plus). - Proven background in building progressive profiling strategies and smart content personalization. - Ability to design and implement attribution tracking for traffic and lead sources. - Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation. - Experience in B2B marketing for financial services, commercial real estate, or structured finance preferred. - Ability to work independently, communicate proactively, and hit project milestones. - Familiarity with LinkedIn ad integrations and retargeting campaigns is a plus. Deliverables: - Full HubSpot CRM setup documentation and workflow maps - Customized CRM connected to website forms and tools - Lead scoring, segmentation models, and nurture tracks - Dashboard reporting templates - 1–2 hours of live training for Clearwater PACE team - Written user guide/playbook for internal use Project Timeline: Start: Immediately Duration: 30 days for core buildout, with potential for ongoing and ad-hoc support
