We connect top financial leaders through highly curated events — and now we are looking for a professional closer to lead our sponsorship sales. SCOPE OF WORK We need a professional sponsorship salesperson to: Prospect new sponsorship leads (outbound + network) Pitch and present sponsorship packages Negotiate terms and close deals Maintain sponsor relationships post-sale Work closely with our leadership team to refine sponsor offerings You will be selling sponsorships into financial services, investment firms, capital markets players, the professionals that serve these industries, and other business owners that offer other products/services that the affluent seek. WHAT WE ARE OFFERING Base monthly retainer (negotiable based on experience) Commission on every sponsorship closed (attractive % with no cap) Fully remote work, flexible schedule Opportunity for ongoing partnership if successful IDEAL CANDIDATE 3+ years of B2B sales experience (event sponsorships, advertising, or partnerships preferred) Proven closer — you can independently drive deals from start to finish Experience selling into finance or capital markets sectors a major plus Strong communication and negotiation skills Comfortable building pipelines, not just working inbound leads Professional, self-motivated, and results-driven
