We are a real estate investment company specializing in buying houses fast for cash ("We Buy Houses") in New York and select surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced Google Ads freelancer to manage and optimize our paid search campaigns. Scope of Work: Manage and optimize our Google Ads campaign that is focused on motivated sellers (homeowners looking to sell fast). Monitor campaigns 1-2 hours weekly, adjust bids, keywords, and ad groups as needed to maximize leads at the lowest cost per acquisition (CPA). Provide weekly updates on campaigns. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for real estate investors, wholesalers, or “we buy houses” companies. Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and conversion optimization. Familiarity with PPC compliance rules for real estate (e.g., ad approval issues, restricted keywords). Ability to work independently, take initiative, and communicate proactively. Bonus if you are familiar with Carrot.com websites, Investor Carrot, or similar platforms. Campaign Objectives: Maximize qualified seller leads (homeowners motivated to sell). Optimize for a target Cost Per Lead (CPL) based on industry benchmarks.
