Email Blast Set Up & Asssistance

Good day! I own a small/medium medical waste disposal company in southern California. I now have about 1600+ (and growing) email contacts that I have gathered over time and have done email blasts in past to these contacts (through Mailchimp). I am looking to start doing these blasts again, and am looking for assistance in setting this up (either with Mailchimp or other) and want to have the expert teach me over the next few months on how to do this myself. I am open to suggestions on topic headline and any text for email in addition to sending my flier (which we have sent in past). This is not a long term project and should go for about 3 months, but could be ongoing with tweeks on email message for future blasts. I do hope this makes sense. Thanks, Todd
