Base rate is $20/hour (equivalent to $40,000 annually) with an opportunity to make up to $38/hour (equivalent to $76,000 annually) total in On Target Earnings potential, based on commission milestones. The SDR/Appointment Setter contacts prospective clients to set up appointments using a provided list of phone numbers and dialer, and maintains a detailed call log in our CRM. Verifies and cleans company lists obtained from various sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Conducts thorough online research to gather additional companies and contacts to target. Successful cold calling experience in a business-to-business environment is required. Experience in the IT industry and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Other Qualifications: • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. • Outstanding listening skills. • Effective strategies to generate clients' interest, overcome objections, and get around gatekeepers. • Professional and courteous demeanor and excellent phone etiquette with a neutral accent. • A keen eye for data accuracy and attention to detail. • High level of reliability, punctuality, and commitment to deadlines. • Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
