About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated and professional individual to help us grow our pipeline of off-market land opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable making cold calls and starting conversations with property owners. You’ll be reaching out to landowners from a pre-built list to gauge interest in selling, gather property information, and help us uncover new opportunities for residential development. What You’ll Be Doing: Calling landowners to introduce our interest in their property Qualifying whether they may be open to selling now or in the future Gathering basic information about the property and the owner’s situation Updating contact notes, interest level, and follow-up dates in our tracking system Working closely with me to review opportunities and refine outreach What We’re Looking For: Friendly, professional phone manner Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections Organized and able to track outreach and follow-ups Real estate or sales experience is a plus, especially in land or development Interest in learning more about land deals, zoning, and working with builders Time Commitment: This is a part-time position — roughly 5-10 hours per week to start, with flexibility on scheduling.
