Cold Calling for Commercial Real Estate (Self Storage) Opportunities
Hourly: $18.00 - $20.00
We are looking for a cold caller to reach out to self storage owners in specific states on the East Coast. This is not meant to be a full time roll, but rather approx 2 hours per day during business hours. Must be a self starter who can work with very limited oversight. Would be great for someone with a flexible schedule who's looking for side work and has confidence on the phones. Must be able to build rapport with potential sellers in order to get necessary information to underwrite, quickly and efficiently vet potential sellers, do ancillary research on prospects as necessary and have great overall communication skills. Real Estate experience (especially commercial/industrial) a plus, but not required. Large bonus paid ($4-5,000) for any deal that we close as a result of the cold calling efforts.
