Real Estate Lead Gen/Cold Calling

I’m looking for a local Tennessee resident who has the ability to make a high volume of cold calls using a list generated by me. I am looking for land and single family homes to purchase. I need someone who can be friendly on the phone and talk to the person as though they know them already. We will be proposing a friendly appointment setting strategy with potential leads. I do not try to lowball people, I will do research on their property and meet in person to discuss my offer. I only purchase 10 houses a year. I am looking for land to purchase that can be sub divided.
