I need an ametuer video produced for a criminal court case. This involves taking existing video and clips, removing dead space and silence, creating splash screens with date/time/place where the video or audio occured, and also transcribing the audio onto a splash screen during the audio-only portions. Sound leveling is a must, so the court can hear the audio without turning the volume up and down. We will do a short trial video and then if all looks good, we will complete the whole project. I am ready to start immediately.
