Seeking a reliable, skilled podcast video editor to our team! Looking for someone who can edit podcast video episodes (typically interview-style) with a turnaround time of 48 hours per episode. This role will start part-time but offers room to grow as we expand. What You'll Be Doing: - Edit full-length podcast video episodes (30–90 minutes typically) - Light editing like removing obvious mistakes (tech issues, etc.) - Enhance audio (noise reduction, leveling if needed, dereverb, etc) - Add intro/outro clips (provided) - Export high-quality video files ready for YouTube Ideal Candidate: - Has experience editing podcast videos (please share samples!) - Can work quickly and independently to meet a 48-hour turnaround - Understands basic audio cleanup and good pacing for conversational podcasts - Is organized, communicative, and dependable - Must work in Adobe Premiere Pro and be willing to the project file to me - Bonus if you can also create short social media clips from episodes (not required to start) Compensation: - $125 to $150 per full episode, depending on experience - Consistent ongoing work (starting with 2–4 episodes/week and growing) Additional Details: - This is a remote, flexible role. - We provide all raw files, branding assets, and clear editing instructions. - Growth opportunities available — as Pine Peak Productions grows, so will your role if you're interested.
