Looking for a detail oriented virtual assistant who is collaborative, a good communicator, efficient, and works with integrity for our growing consulting firm. We are a regulatory affairs consulting firm, so attention to detail is important for our partners and clients. The role would be a combination of admin tasks, project management, and social media marketing support. More specifically, we need help with the following items: Scheduling meetings and appointments Collecting testimonials from clients Creating social media content - LinkedIn Managing LinkedIn profile, comment on posts Draft marketing emails Managing CRM contacts email list in Monday.com Project Proposal lead follow-ups Manage leads in Monday.com Prepare contracts and project proposals Maintaining client info in Monday.com and Quickbooks Request client signatures Schedule client kickoff calls Preparing post-meeting minutes and list of action items Project Management Support Project status updates to clients -Track client hours billed verse proposal - provide updates to clients Document reviews for grammar and clarity Experience with the following is required: -Microsoft excel, word, and power point -Sharepoint -LinkedIn -Monday.com Please consider applying if you have availability for 10 - 20 hours / month.
