Project Title: Enhancement, Deployment, and Maintenance of the Interactive SUD Roadmap Project Description: This project involves updating and enhancing the Interactive Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Roadmap, including improving its functionality, integrating a directory of Scholars, and implementing bi-annual update protocols. Project Objectives: -Fully operationalize the existing Interactive SUD Roadmap. -Enhance user interface (UI) and overall user experience (UX). -Develop and integrate a dynamic, searchable Scholar Directory. -Visualize Scholars on the map with their current positions and geographic locations. -Establish a bi-annual update process for continuous improvement and accuracy. Deliverables: Phase 1: Assessment and Planning -Conduct a technical audit of the existing roadmap. -Identify gaps in content, design, and performance. -Outline necessary upgrades and a timeline for execution. -Review current Scholar data and database requirements. Phase 2: Roadmap Optimization -Complete back-end and front-end development for full functionality. -Improve navigation and accessibility (ADA-compliant design). -Implement responsive design for desktop and mobile. -Optimize loading times and performance metrics. Phase 3: Scholar Directory Integration Compile a comprehensive, verified list of Scholars with: -Full name -Current role/title -Institution/organization -City, State (or Country if international) -Contact (email/LinkedIn profile, if permitted) -Develop a searchable, filterable directory database. -Embed an interactive map showing geolocation pins for each Scholar. -Enable click-throughs on map pins for Scholar bios or profiles.
