We’re a fast-growing wellness supplement brand expanding aggressively on TikTok Shop. We’re looking for a TikTok Content & Creator Strategy Lead who can build, energize, and manage a creator network to drive TikTok Shop sales with high-performing, authentic content. You will focus exclusively on creators, content, Lives, and community — you will have technical support for backend shop setup and operations. **Your Role Will Be:*** -Build, lead, and energize a creator community on Discord, using gamification, contests, incentives, and bonuses to drive creator output and maintain excitement -Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok creators (sampling programs, retainer deals, commission structures) -Develop strong content briefs for creators, with clear hooks, trending formats, storytelling angles, and product positioning strategies -Plan and coordinate TikTok Live Shopping events — either hosting directly or recruiting/managing talented hosts -Analyze TikTok trends, monitor competitor strategies, and rapidly adapt content and creator approaches -Maintain a consistent pipeline of high-converting, scroll-stopping content created by a motivated and expanding creator community ***We Are Looking For Someone Who:*** -Lives and breathes TikTok trends, culture, and creator economy -Has proven experience running influencer or creator programs, ideally in e-commerce or wellness sectors -Knows how to craft viral hooks and creative angles that convert without sounding like ads -Has strong skills in community management — you know how to gamify a Discord server, energize creators, and keep them motivated with contests, bonuses, and challenges -Is highly organized, proactive, and resourceful — able to manage multiple creator relationships, briefs, and Lives simultaneously -Understands TikTok Shop fundamentals and how content strategy drives sales growth -Thrives in a fast-moving, creative environment and can take ownership of growth targets ***Position Details:**** ***Full-time, remote*** Salary Range: $70,000–$90,000 annually + performance bonuses based on TikTok Shop growth Rapid growth potential if successful **Important:** Please answer all screening questions thoughtfully.
