I'm seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive/Personal Assistant to help me manage logistics, planning, and deliverables as I continue to grow my business. No more than 15 hours of month max. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Assist in managing client projects, including podcast production, event planning, and communications. Retreat Planning: Support the logistics for an upcoming retreat focused on successful Black men. Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting notes, and follow-ups. Social Media Assistance: Create simple graphics and coordinate posts using tools like Canva. Personal Tasks: Provide support for personal projects, such as helping friends and family with their businesses (e.g., deck creation, website assistance) and planning a light bachelorette party, including researching venues and creating an itinerary. General Support: Offer ad hoc assistance as needed to keep projects moving forward. Who You Are: Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and strive for excellence in all tasks. Proactive: Comfortable with ambiguity and able to take initiative to move projects forward. Organized: Skilled at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively. Communicative: Clear and concise in both written and verbal communication. Flexible: Open to part-time, remote work with tasks typically requiring a 48-hour turnaround. Design-Savvy: Familiar with creating basic, clean social media graphics using tools like Canva. About Me: I am a Black woman entrepreneur committed to excellence, creativity, and equity.
