Job Title: Part-Time Administrative & Marketing Assistant Location: Atlanta, GA Schedule: Part-Time (15-20 hours per week, flexible) Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Part-Time Assistant to support a top-performing Luxury Real Estate Broker and a fitness club. This role requires a sharp individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a knack for professional email correspondence, research and event coordination. Responsibilities: Real Estate Support • Respond to and organize professional real estate emails with tact and timeliness • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, vendors, and partners • Follow up on client inquiries and ensure timely responses • Conduct research on real estate trends, neighborhoods, and listings • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for property tracking, client data, and metrics • Create marketing materials including property flyers, email campaigns, and digital presentations • Support listing preparation and client outreach Club Support • Assist in planning and organizing events, including RSVPs, location research, and vendor coordination • Draft and respond to club-related emails professionally and promptly • Help with social media content planning and community engagement (optional but preferred) • Manage club data and member communications using Excel and online tools - Research to assist with merchandise and other needs Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, Canva (or similar design platform) • Experience with email management tools and scheduling platforms • Ability to work independently, manage time well, and follow through on tasks • A background in real estate, events, or marketing is a plus • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a passion for wellness and lifestyle • Flexible hours with opportunities to grow into a long-term role To Apply: Please email your resume and a brief introduction.
