Hit CAC and ≥ 4.0 blended ROAS; scale creative via Midjourney / AdCreative.ai and catalog DPAs. 20 % Growth Ops & AI Automation Build GA4 → BigQuery → Looker dashboards; Monday “Growth Pulse” Slack recap. Publish prompt libraries for copy, headlines, influencer vetting, SQL snippets. 20 % Lifecycle / Retention Partner with Email/SMS lead on segmentation and tests. Ship one new automated flow or on-site personalization block per month. 10 % Promotions & Partnerships Own promo calendar (Mother’s Day → BFCM). Recruit/manage affiliates & micro-influencers; keep ≥ 15 active partners. 10 % Site CRO & Merchandising Brief + QA Shopify dev changes; manage A/B backlog.
