Cold Caller / Phone Assistant Overview We’re looking for a self-motivated, results-driven Phone Assistant to own lead outreach and appointment setting. You’ll work remotely, 1–5 PM CST, focusing on timely follow-up, proactive prospecting, and nurturing leads to hit our cost-per-show targets. Responsibilities Lead Engagement Promptly follow up on new and missed-call leads via calls, texts, and emails in our CRM. Confirm booked appointments on the day of, rescheduling as needed. Multi-Channel Prospecting Monitor social media ad engagement; send connection requests and initiate chats. Cold-call targeted lists (including non-advertisers), logging outcomes and transcripts. Pipeline Management & Reporting Document call details, CRM links, and transcripts; submit daily performance reports. Collaborate weekly to review trends and optimize scripts. Quality & Compliance Adhere to our scripts, best practices, and calling regulations. Maintain a professional tone and strong customer focus. Requirements Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or customer outreach. Excellent English communication and negotiation skills. Comfort with CRM systems and basic tech tools (calls, texts, email). Self-starter who can work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and follow-through. Compensation & Hours Base: $15 / hour vs. bonuses; whichever is more Bonuses: $100 for each appointment that shows (new or prospecting). $50 for each rebooked appointment after a missed initial show. Schedule: 20 hrs/week, 1–5 PM CST; opportunity to increase to 30–40 hrs/week based on performance. Growth Path Sales Closer Role: Opportunity for revenue-share on closed deals. Sales Management: Potential to lead and train a small team. Ongoing Training: Weekly strategy sessions and continuous script/process updates.
