Key Responsibilities: Case Preparation and Filing: Draft, review, and file legal documents to initiate charges against the defendant company, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Evidence Analysis: Analyze provided documentation, including contracts, email correspondences, timelines, and screenshots, to build a compelling case. Specific grievances include delayed onboarding, inadequate service delivery, billing errors, and misrepresentation of services. Legal Strategy Development: Develop and execute a legal strategy to address issues such as breach of contract, failure to deliver promised services, and financial disputes, aiming for favorable outcomes through litigation or settlement. Representation: Represent our organization in court proceedings, mediations, or negotiations, advocating for our interests and seeking appropriate remedies, including financial compensation and contract termination. Client Communication: Provide regular updates on case progress, explain legal options, and advise on risks and potential outcomes.
