We are growing and seeking a creative, organized Marketing Content & Training Coordinator to support our brand, internal team development, and e-commerce operations. Position Summary The Marketing Content & Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing content creation, executing short-form video editing, supporting internal staff training presentation development, and assisting with our growing online store. This role is critical to ensuring our brand messaging, training materials, and marketing content are consistent, professional, and engaging across corporate and franchise locations. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Management Repurpose long-form video content into short-form clips ( less than 60 seconds) for Reels, Shorts, and TikToks. Edit videos using CapCut - including basic cuts, captions, transitions, music, and branding overlays. Create graphics, thumbnails, and promotional content using Canva or similar platforms. Manage posting schedules across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Write and edit captions, email newsletters, and blog summaries. Training Presentation Development Design and format internal training presentations (PowerPoint or Google Slides) for staff and franchisee development. Create visually appealing handouts, worksheets, and downloadable learning materials. Organize and manage learning templates and resource libraries. E-Commerce Store Support Upload products and write product descriptions for our online store. Create promotional graphics for products, store events, and featured sales. Assist with light management of product catalogs and marketing campaigns. Other Duties Track and report basic marketing performance metrics (views, engagement, click-throughs). Support occasional event marketing efforts (agent classes, Peace Initiative projects, webinars). Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing, content coordination, or digital marketing roles. Strong graphic design skills using Canva (required). Strong short-form video editing skills using CapCut (required). Ability to cut, caption, and brand short videos for social media platforms. Experience creating polished presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides. Strong copywriting and written communication abilities. Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok posting best practices. Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms. Highly organized, deadline-driven, proactive communicator.
