**About the Project:** We are a hyper-local boutique real estate group based in San Diego, seeking a skilled WordPress designer/developer experienced with the Houzez theme and IDX Broker integrations. Our immediate priority is launching a polished, mobile-optimized landing page for a $3M+ architectural property, with proper IDX listing integration. **Scope Includes:** - Setting up Houzez theme with proper branding, layout, and IDX connection. - Configuring an initial high-quality listing landing page for active marketing. - Ensuring excellent mobile performance, fast page load speeds, and clean user flow (contact forms, QR code landings). - Optional light homepage optimization if time allows. **Important Note:** You will be working with an experienced and technically-minded client — not your typical agent. We value efficient, collaborative communication, independent problem-solving, and a focus on quality over cutting corners.
