Description: We are transitioning from SendGrid to Braze and seeking a Braze-certified email developer and content manager to lead the migration and implementation process. Our platform is a live marketplace web app with established transactional emails. We are also working to unify our Pardot-managed email database into one fully integrated and seamless system powered by Braze. Responsibilities: Lead the migration of transactional and marketing emails from SendGrid to Braze Configure and optimize Braze campaigns, canvases, segments, and templates Migrate and sync Pardot-managed contacts into Braze while maintaining compliance and deliverability standards Ensure seamless integration with our existing web app and CRM systems Collaborate with internal teams to manage content, testing, and deployment Provide best practices for email development, personalization, and analytics using Braze Requirements: Braze Certified (please include certification or badge in your application) Proven experience with email platform migration, especially from SendGrid to Braze Strong HTML/CSS for responsive email development Experience integrating Braze with Pardot, Salesforce, or other CRM systems Knowledge of dynamic content, customer segmentation, and behavioral triggers Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly responsive Bonus: Experience with marketplace or fintech platforms Familiarity with compliance, consent management, and opt-in strategies Apply with examples of past work and a brief note on your Braze migration experience.
