We run a B2B eCommerce site at ePackageSupply.com. The website runs on Shopify Plus, while our sales team uses Hubspot as our CRM. We are hoping to use Hubspot as our source of truth for marketing attribution across our various channels (Google Ads, organic search, email, etc.), but the native connection between Shopify and Hubspot does not pass UTM details into Hubspot, and shows all our Shopify orders coming from Offline Integration with no UTM details. We only receive UTM details for form submissions on our site, but never for orders themselves. We have tried to diagnose this ourselves but have been unable to figure it out, so we need someone who has hooked Shopify up to Hubspot before with proper UTM attribution to help us resolve.
