Build WooCommerce store and data migration from current Opencart store

Build an e-commerce store using Wordpress + WooCommerce that replaces a current store (happyatms.com) made with Opencart 2.3 + Journal Theme Design options, typography and color palette must be provided in the early stages of the project. The current store has aproximately 4500 products, 1500 orders, 500 customers. The store must provide the functionality described in the attached file, either using the default features of WooCommerce or using additional free/paid plugins. The decission of what plugins are needed and the configuration to achieve functionality it is in the scope of this project. The result must be a fully functional store. Product data, active customers and orders must be migrated/imported to the new store. Making sure it is in sync the day the new store goes live.
