We're seeking a skilled Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) specialist to review a prospective client’s website and deliver actionable insights to improve user experience, engagement, and conversion performance. The goal is to identify friction points, missed opportunities, and optimization strategies that align with eCommerce best practices. Scope of Work: -Perform a CRO audit of the client’s website (URL provided upon hire) -Analyze UX/UI flow, calls-to-action, page structure, copy, layout, forms, and trust signals -Evaluate the mobile and desktop experience separately -Identify friction in the customer journey and provide tactical recommendations -Suggest A/B test opportunities or high-impact quick wins -Benchmark performance against industry best practices -Provide a concise, professional report (PDF or Slides) summarizing your findings Ideal Candidate: -Proven track record in CRO with measurable results -Familiar with tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, Clarity, or similar -Strong UX/UI and user psychology knowledge -Experience working with eCommerce and/or lead gen websites -Can turn analysis into clear, strategic recommendations -Able to deliver within 5–7 days Bonus If You: Have experience in furniture, home, or retail categories Can provide before/after examples from past projects
